More Death of Joan of Arc Info

Last week we told you about Random House releasing Michael Scott's short side story The Death of Joan of Arc. Now they have added it to their website with all the release information AND an image of the cover!

The eBook will be available to purchase on August 24th and only cost .99 cents! We're told the purchase will only be available for a 2 week period, but there is no confirmation of that from RH's website. So you'd better not risk it if you plan on purchasing this eBook, and get it right away!

This is the info from RH:
"Joan of Arc was not burned at the stake in Rouen, France in 1431. She was rescued from certain death by Scathach the Warrior.

The truth about that day is revealed in the last will and testament of William of York, and it will leave you wondering: does Joan of Arc still walk the earth? Michael Scott's first-ever exclusive ebook short story delves into the world of the bestselling series The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel and offers readers a never-before-seen lost story - the story of two warriors who would become sisters.

Pic From Michael's Signing at Jabberwocky

Yesterday Michael made a couple appearances the Washington, DC area, one of which was at Jabberwocky Children's books. One of our forum members, Lucothea, was in attendance at the event with her son and sent us in some pictures!

If you remember a few months back Lucothea was the winner of our Where's Michael? contest. She won a signed copy of The Necromancer and a special water bottle courtesy of Random House USA. You can see the water bottle in the first picture and then a close up of the bottle after Michael signed it in the second one.

Special thanks to Lucothea for the pictures!
